TUTTI IN PISTA!

From December 4th, 2021 - weather and snow conditions permitting - everyone is invited to the slopes of the mountains in the province of Torino!

The ski areas are ready, with new proposals and in total safety: no to gatherings, yes to social distancing; masks and Green Passes are mandatory.

In Vialattea - the largest ski area in Piemonte: Sestriere, Cesana-Sansicario, Claviere, Oulx, Pragelato, Sauze d’Oulx on 400 km of slopes served by 45 lifts - the novelty is the Winter Pass, a name card for the promotional purchase of day tickets which, when you spend over a certain sum of money, entitles you to free ski passes. In Sestriere two lifts have been renovated: the Sises ski lift, which allows you to ski to the top even in less than ideal snow conditions, and la Motta, which connects to the highest peak in the area (2823m) and to slopes number 31 and 32; some slopes at Fraiteve have also been remodeled, to make the connection among Sestriere, Sansicario and Sauze d’Oulx more accessible to beginners.

Bardonecchia’s Colomion - over 100km of slopes - focuses on sustainable quality: all facilities and shelters are powered by 100% renewable energy sources. Everything is also ready for the inauguration of the Bosco chairlift and the Vallon Cros ski lift, by which you can reach an altitude of 2500m in just a few minutes; free-style enthusiasts will then find Selletta snow park renovated (in the Melezet area).

Prali Ski has even planned ahead: the snow that fell made it possible to open both at a high altitude and where the chairlift leaves from.

Even the so-called “minor” stations are looking towards winter with optimism. For example, the Consortium of Tour Operators of the Lanzo Valleys - in second place in Italia as a preferred destination - offers two nights for the price of one: affordable prices in an extraordinary setting; another piece of good news is that the chairlift that connects Ala di Stura with the Pian Belfè area has passed the test and can start operations again.
