The bicentennial celebrations of the Egyptian Museum are entering into full swing, and to mark the occasion, we look forward to seeing you at the Museum for three days of free admission festivals with a full program of events. Workshops, speed lectures, performances and talks to celebrate this important moment all together where you will also be able to visit the new displays of the Gallery of the Kings and the Rock Chapel of Ellesyia, which will be inaugurated on Wednesday, November 20. Also inaugurating on the 20th will be the two contemporary art projects specially designed and created for the Egyptian Museum: Glimpses of the Museum, Glimpses of the Museum by artist Ali Cherri and artist Sara Sallam 's The Sun Weeps for the Land and Calls From the Garden of Stones.
