REGIONAL PUMPKIN FAIR
Over 600 varieties of pumpkins in every shape and color, displayed on restored old farm carts, welcome visitors to Piozzo, a picturesque village in the Langhe, for the autumn fair, which has a long-standing history.
Alongside the pumpkin market exhibition, there are various side events, all centered around the theme of pumpkins:
- Some focus on gastronomy, such as lunches in the village's restaurants, tastings, street food, and flavor workshops.
- Others are dedicated to the arts, science, and local tourism: the "Sound Artisan" with pumpkins transformed into musical instruments, exhibitions and photography contests, games, and visits to the castle garden and some churches in the historic center.
