On the occasion of the ‘Adventures between the pages-Let's read at the museum' event, which has inclusion as its theme for the 2024 edition, MUSLI is organising a reading meeting dedicated to Orzowei by Alberto Manzi. The book, published in 1955, was an incredible success in Italy and abroad, so much so that it earned the author the first Italian nomination for the H. C. Andersen prize. In his corner of Africa, Isa is different, an outcast because he has white skin. They call him Orzowei, ‘the found one', and he has a hard task ahead of him: to make himself accepted by others and win a place in the world. During the meeting, it will be possible to learn about the story of the novel, listen to some parts read and participate in a creative activity on the theme.
