The Rosario Scalero Festival returns, an itinerary to discover the special places and talents of yesterday, today and tomorrow. The music festival is named after a great Piedmontese musician and composer, Rosario Scalero, whose extraordinary figure has undergone a remarkable re-evaluation in recent years through concerts, publications, recordings, a film and an international conference. The festivals proposal goes far beyond the performance of the works, in fact it will explore the Canavese area, which the Maestro chose as his place of residence and a fertile land for his art, purchasing as his home the Montestrutto Castle where he died on Christmas Eve 1954.
