From 8 to 10 November 2024, the city of Torino will become the capital of high quality artisan confectionery with the third edition of DOLCISSIMArte, the Ascom Epat event that celebrates the mastery and elegance of Piedmont's master pastry chefs with mouth-watering appointments in the city that are free and open to the public. PASTICCERI IN VETRINA: pastry shows and show cooking by Master Pastry Chefs in some shops and shop windows in the centre of Torino. PASTICCINI IN THE CARRIAGE: breakfast, coffee after lunch and a snack on board the Tram Gourmet, accompanied by the pastry chefs and tour guides for a ‘travelling’ tasting in the streets of the centre of Torino. DOLCE GELATO: involving Epat's Master Gelato Makers, who interpret the ‘marron glacè’ flavour in homage to local products. APE CAR: DolcissimArte's friendly travelling info-points will offer information on the events and timetables of the various initiatives throughout the city centre.
