Concerto di primavera

06-04-2025

The proposal for the annual review takes its cue from the hunting horn, a practice recognised as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO (2020), emblematic of the Baroque era, and wind instruments that were well suited to the various needs of the court, even ‘in the open air’, to re-establish the link between music and residences, between music and ceremonial value.    The programme includes music by: Francesco Barsanti, Concerto No. 1 in F from Opus 3; Johann David Heinichen, Sonata in F S255; Johann Paul von Westhoff, Sonata in A major ‘La Guerra’.   The concert is included in the admission ticket.
