Workshop to learn the secrets of homemade pizza, led by two masters of leavening. In collaboration with Alma Lab, an artisan bakery workshop, an evening in which, participants will sink their ‘hands into the dough', learning how to work and roll out the dough. At the end of the workshop, there will be dinner based, of course, on an excellent pizza. Participants will also be sent a small recipe book with lots of tips for making perfect pizzas and focaccias at home. Booking required.
