An event celebrating the historical and culinary importance of the tuber in the community, to share stories and traditions, and to celebrate the love for this vegetable that has a special place in the hearts of the people of Villastellona. The festival is enlivened by folk music and traditional dances, and features a farmers' market, an exhibition fair, and the gastronomic walk "Gustiamoci il Pianalto" (Let's taste the Pianalto), including a peasant breakfast. There will also be stands of local crafts and rural culture, an opportunity to appreciate the area's traditions and learn about the importance of the potato in the local economy.
